Samsung Service Center — Galaxy a5 | |||||
Just bought a Samsung A5 cost nearly about 18K. I was using it last night, Suddenly the back buttons didnt work. I went to the Samsung Service centre to claim my warranty but the agent over there didnt help me saying its accidental. But he didnt open it, just saw from the outside and told me it will cost 8K.
