Samsung Service Center — Refund Case - Complaint No - [protected] | |||
My refrigerator is in warranty. It got damaged 3 times in one month, thus asked for refund back. I registered complaint on 08.08.15 for refund, I got no response tried to follow-up with them on toll free number of care center called on 18.08.15, 20.08.15, 22.08.15, 24.08.15 & 27.0815 am answered that you will get call from Head office in 48 Hrs but it doesn’t happen a single time. We do not even get any details about issue what’s happening. I even requested them to transfer call to HO to responsible person but they don’t do it. Samsung is not satisfying his customer only makes big big advertisement about satisfaction Was this information helpful? | |||
