I purchased a Samsung fridge around 2 months back in the month of July from Patna Central. Model number, Serial number, etc are already mentioned above. My whole and sole purpose to buy this fridge was get together of my family on the occasion of Bakrid (Today). Unfortunately, I did not know that Samsung customer service cannot be trusted. Within only 2 months o[censored]sage, my fridge is not working. I made a phone call to customer care (on[protected] to register my complaint - complaint reference number : [protected]. After multiple phone calls, their engineer finally came after 2 days. He visited on 22nd September. He said, some part is faulty, he will fix it today or tomorrow (i.e. on 22nd or 23rd Sept). After that, he did not came back. I made multiple phone calls, they kept saying tomorrow tomorrow. It is literally kind of mental harassment! On 24th Sept, I again requested them to come, they promised that they will send engineer on 25th Sept. But he did not come. I again made a phone call to[protected] on 25/09/2015 at 12:24 PM, I explained the issue, their customer care executive said that, an engineer will surely visit before 8 PM. But no one came. This is a breach of trust that I put in Samsung. I never expected this kind of behavior from a firm like Samsung. My whole and sole purpose to buy the fridge was Family get together on the occasion of Bakrid, but samsung's service has failed to serve the purpose completely, as you people were not able to help me despite my several attempts. I want samsung to impose heavy fine on Patna service center, refund my Rs. 52000 and take their fridge, and Rs.20000 compensation for the items that got wasted due to irresponsible behavior of samsung.
