Samsung Service Center — Samsung panel screen is not working with in 3 years

Hello Sir, Good Evening! This is Appala Narasimha Murthty Nunna sending you message from Visakhapatnam. We had bought a Samsung Television (32 inches LCD) around 3 years back and recently we have got a complaint that its Panel screen is not working properly. We approached to nearest Samsung servicing centre (Classic Electronics, dwarakanagar, vizag) and they have concluded that its panel is not working and it has to be replaced. As its warranty period is over It will costs us around 15000 rupees. Now a days if we spend 17 to 18 thousand rupees we can buy a LED Tv of good branded with a manufacturer warranty of 1 year. At this time how can we spent such a huge amount. So please do the needful and the details of the television are as follows. TV Make: Samsung Model code: LA32D481G4LXL VERSION: SP03 We have bought so many Samsung products like Samsung Galaxy Note2 Mobile phone, Galaxy y, Samsung 1.5 ton Split AC, and television...etc. All the brands are working fine and good where as television works only for 3 years.We are the customer of Samsung brands. But we could not expect that such a good branded television works only for 3 years. So sad. So Please do the needful. I am Expecting positive response from your end.
