[Resolved] Samsung Service Centre — Ac installation | |||||
My ac has been installed on 15th March 2016, during installation they haven't jammed the walls so due to that in this rainy season water is coming inside and it is effecting the ac and the wall.I have registered a complain in Samsung service centre, S.N Enterprise, B-30, katjunagar, Kolkata-700032, ph no: [protected]/41 on 23rd August 2016 but the concerned person "Mr. Papu", ph no: [protected], is not showing any interest to do the work, every time I call him he tells he is coming next day and doesn't come.its been a month I have registered a complain and the work is not done and when I call the service centre they tell Mr. Papu have to do we cant help.If this is not solved my ac will be damaged.I want action to be taken against Mr. Papu and my work to be done as quick as possible.
