Samsung Service Centre — Facing prom | |||
Dear sir / mam My name is keshav bhardwaj. I purchased 1 samsung mobile model a7 on 21st july. On the second day 22nd july phone got in dead condition in the evening i visited at nearest service centre model town azad pur delhi. There is one lady who suggest to me that press three button 1 is volume down 2. Power button 3. The middle button. I did the same and the phone got start on the same time. That time i told her please make a d. O for this set i will get a new phone from the dealer but she deny for the same. There were two executiver who were suggest me to do 1. Sardar ji and 2 lady. And 3rd day i was out of station the same problem happened again with me i did the same procedure and again phone got start. I backed in delhi on 27 july and the same thing happend again in the night and on 28th morning and afternoon i visited the service centre i met with the lady who suggest me to do like that. I again ask for d. O but all of the member who were in service centre deny for the d. O why ?? I visited two times in a week for the same problem is this a quality of samsung mobile or you are just making fool of persons. I want a d. O for my mobile. Or i will add on this mail consume court. Iwill post this matter on your social web page. With the vedio or photos. I will not refer for anyone to buy samsung any product now.
