[Resolved] Samsung — service centre refusing to solve problem | |||
respected sir/madam, i purchased samsung note 3 on 10th of april 2014 from d.j enterprises chowk varanasi of amt 46, 900/-. on using games and apps on my fone it was getting heated very badly, , i went to the retailer they said go to the service centre.. then i went to samsung service centre on 18th of april 2014.. QUALITY COMMUNICATION .c.26/10 a siddhartha complex, ramkatora varanasi-up tel[protected] they checked my fone and said plz submit your complete box today only, we will make a doa paper or something and u will get a new phone from the same retailer from u purchased, , i immediately rushed to my house and submitted my box and every accessories containig within.. they gave me a paper with receiving on it for my fone and complete box.. the bill no. [protected] but after 2 days they refused and said we will change your motherboard and your problem will be solved.. after 2 days again they called me and said your cellfone is not heating anymore.. i rushed to the service centre, and wen i cheked my fone there only the fon was getting heated more than before.. and afterwards the service centre manager mr. patanjali refused to his words, , and said this is companies problem u have to take this fone as it is .. sir ji please help me out in this situation i will be very grateful towards your cpmpany thanx mohammed faizan A-26/53 HASANPURA VARANASI [protected]/ [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
