Samsung — Service people cheating

Dear Sir, I have purchased Refrigerator Samsung make on 27th May'15 at Saravastore T.Nagar Chennai. Till date no one come for Demo. Last four days without refrigerator my all the vegetables and fruits spoiled. Day they are calling and asking address and finally not yet come. Call from the following phone # [protected] and another one number from yesterday. Evening call from phone # [protected] and asked service person came or not. When i called toll free # and i came to know complaint closed and mentioned address incorrect. These peoples cheating and spoiling Samsung name. Please take this complaint very serious. Again i have called toll free and booked complaint. Complaint # [protected]. Thanks, Ayyamperumal G
