Samsung — Service was not done properly

As per receipt no. 3667 as on 05.01.2015 we have submitted an online complaint whereby a service agent came to service. He had fixed a new timer panel to the washing machine which costed 750/-. At the time of service we had found that the timer panel at the spin button was a little slant & then we asked the same to the service agent. He said that it was a manufacturing defect & nothing will happen. After using a couple of times. the new slot, at the spin button was broken. We tried calling that agent but he said to give an online complaint. So please try to solve my problem as quickly as possible and try to replace the same with no cost.

I gave this above complaint on Jan 30 2014. Till now my complaint is not resolved. I request Samsung to respond as quickly as possible.
