Samsung — Service/Repair of Phone not done since 6th -June

Address:Ernakulam, Kerala

This is in regard to the claim for the earlier mentioned mobile phone. The phone was surrendered a month back to samsung service centre at Aluva(Kochi). The phone is not repaired and despatched till date. The reason which they are claming that the phone with insurance (apps daily)claim will take a longer time to be repaired and the spare of the damaged part has not yet arrived to the centre. In that case I require a response from the respective authority against this issue, else I would be forced to act against it.
