[Resolved] Samsung Showroom T. Nagar — Not giving respect to consumers | |||
Hi sir/madam, Two days back i went to purchase Samsung mobile with emi options using credit card to T.nagar Samsung showroom the person who explained about the mobile price which we asked started talking harshly when we asked about some doubt in price increase which is more different than other dealers. He itself having doubt in swiping card and asking doubt to some other person in phone and cutting the call harshly with big sound. So we came out and bought the mobile from other dealer. This is what he is giving respect to the customer who and all came to shop. Please dont buy any mobile from that show room or else you will lose your respect. Since he is manager or senior most person in that shop he behaved like that. Is possible please take necessary action on that person. I dont have any proof but he is manager i think.
