Samsung — Spare part replaced was not in proper condition.

I Parcha Rahul, made a repair to my mobile Samsung Galaxy Y duos Lite (GtS5302) in samsung Authorized showroom(S, V. Electronics, H.No. 10-2-111/1, Srinivasa complex, 1st floor, Opp to Pavailion ground, khammam, Andhra Pradesh Phone No : [protected]) in khammam, the spare part which replaced was not in proper condition, which I came to know by rechecking same with in one month with another Sumsung authorized showroom in Mehadhipatnam -Hyderabad. Even though I went to authorized showroom in hyderabad I didnt find the solution and in response they asked to get repair only in khammam service center, then what is the propose of getting repaired even after warranty in authorized service center, even though they charge more cost than outside service centers? Damage caused to me due this issue was - One working day, Travelling expenses of to and fro between Khammam to Hyderabad. I request you take proper action who are response to this kind of problem.
