Samsung — Technical service supervisor | |||
I called about my device being unrepaired and sent back to after 10 days. The associate and their supervisor was unable to solve my issue. I asked for the supervisor's manager. They putted me on hold but then hung up on me. It was ridiculous. I will never buy Samsung product again. My S6 screen start peeling off after I got the phone for 2 months. Its a product defect and they will not send me a new phone while my phone is being repaired. Its such crappy service. Was this information helpful? | |||
