Samsung TV — Display problem with samsung tv LED 40 inches | |||
Dear Sir, I bought samsung tv for 60, 000 INR and tv started giving display problem(part of screen is coming in black) in just 4 months. Then I registered a complaint calling samsung customer care, local executive related to samsung came to my home and checked my TV. He said he will come back with some other executive and went off. Then I repeatedly called him and visited local office but there was no response. Now they reply back asking me to pay 25, 000 INR as warranty period is over. I registered the complaint during the period of warranty they voluntarily prolonged the issue and now they want me to pay money. I have all my complaint details with me. And the worst part is that the reason they gave is issue got closed it seems without my confirmation when I registered complaint first time. Really I feel very badly for buying a company's product which provides service of this kind. Please take necessary action and resolve the issue as early as possible.
