Samsung — unconscionable

I bought a Samsung washer clothes since 2 years values QR 1000 and it Has been disrupted since the week. then i called customer service they already give me reference no [protected] and send Maintenance Officer for me After check he told me the problem in Computer keyboard. when i ask him about the price he told me it cost 650 QR IT IS VERY EXPENCIVE FOR 1 PC in machine fully priced 1000 QR if 1 pc = 650 QR it means The rest of the pieces 350 or 400 QR its very Expensive really i will advise all my friends they didn't pay Samsung and will posted this story in fb and twitter EMAD SHAMS [protected] DOHA, QATAR emad.[protected]@hasoub.com
