Sir/Madam Greetings of the season! Being a customer of your esteemed outlet, we had purchased a samsung washing machine at your Udupi showroom recently( Bill No.0342697). Though the product is working good, we needed some clarifications regarding the maintenance and cleaning of the machine.A person named Prashanth- [protected] either from Samsung or Pai International had been for the installation of the machine who assured us of giving a good service.But the person when called on his mobile repeatedly for weeks together never picks the call nor reverts back to us for the clarification if any.Please ignore this mail if its not related to you and kindly forward it to Samsung customer care if the concerned person is from Samsung.
