Samsung — Voice speaker not working properly

Hello sir, i purchase samsung metro 360 yesterday. When i talk to any body, the voice is not pass clearly. When i put my hand near the speaker it will be ok. So its not comfortable to put our hand every time near the speaker. So plz tell me the reason of this prob. I am very upset becoz i spent only 1 day with this phone and i m very upset frm this phone.
