Samsung — Washing Machine malfuntioned | |||
Sir, I have registered a complain related to repairing of washing machine with Samsung Customer Care on[protected]. Service Engineer visited on[protected] and gave estimate for part change for which I have agreed. He has agreed to return on[protected]. On[protected] he has replaced the part correctly and then went to clear the filter. But while taking the filter out of the machine, he has damaged the same. Now, they are expecting me to pay for the same along with visit charges and transportation charges. In this connection, please be also noted that 2 months back similar incident have happened with my Samsung AC when they had given estimate for Gas refilling but after taking to the service station, they claimed that the Compressor need to be replaced and gave estimate of Rs. 18000. Now I am confused what should I do. I have burnt my hands with AC and now with Washing Machine. However, prior to this same service station have played with refrigerator also.
