Sir, Machine bought on 31.07.2013 . Dealer : Vasantha & Co. Tambaram, Chennai - 45. Machine Model: SAMSUNG FA TL W/M WA82BSLEC Two years warranty is there in our samsung washing machine. One year was over. Now our machine has some problem it is not working. But service person is asking to pay the amount of Rs. 6, 000/- Till date we have'nt change any parts in the machine.
