Samsung — Washing Machine Worst Service

We ordered a expensive samsung washing machine model from Vasanth & co, chennai on said date, they said it will come in 3 days, but came after 6 days on 22nd, jan 15. From then we are waiting for someone to appear for help in installing it and demo. Couple of times they contacted thru phone and said they will come first on last satrurday(24th), then on last tuesday(27th), no one came, then on thurday(29th). More than one week passed the box is sitting idle and blocking way. Making the customer wait daily for the service personnel will arrive is pathetic service. Service personnel behave like King and they assume us as pauper and think it is normal to postpone our shedules becoz they said they will come for install and demo and they wont even call to inform us that they wont come on that day, I spent around 50000 for this washing machine, assuming samsung will give good service, even the shop owner canvassed us to purchase LG washing machine, i didnt becoz of good impression i had with samsungbased on the electronic products of Samsung i used. I regret it now. ** Save Yourself valuable time by checking which company gives proper service in ur area, and buy products of that company. Ask ur friends & relatives on that companies past service behaviour, before buying products. **

Complained the above issue several times thru their customer support mail, after 3rd mail, they contacted thru phone. And fixed 31 Jan 15 for service person to set it up. Waited for him, he didnt appear.
What is the use of their complaint registration? Unbelievable customer service!

for past 10 days the heavy 71KG box is sitting close to our door and blocking the way and despite several phone calls, email complaints and online forum complaints, no service from Samsung...

All of you reading this frustrated experience, take my experience in to account while purchasing samsung products. When they have this kind of service even for install and demo, you can guess how it will when it has to be repaired.

All i want now is, im going to ask vasanth & co, chennai and samsung to take this useless 71KG box back and refund my money. If they dont comply, i will register case in consume court and will get back my money and extra compensation for case proceedings.
