Samsung — worst service at bilaspur cg service center

i have purchased samsung 7582, , 6month ago., from bilaspur chhattisgarh, and and there is charging problem in my mobile.before 1 Month i gave my mobile for repare to samsumg service center, and till now they didnt give it to me, i call them daily to give it, they says that we i'll give tomorow bt i dont know when there tomorow will come, and they also said that yes we dont take sereousy to provide service to costmer, , i want my mobile as soon as possible, , pls solve my problem, i have frustrated with dis worst service.
