Dear Sir,
I have also same complaint about against "Madhukar Suryawanshi, Samyak Niwas Haq Sangh, Bhim Foundation, Mumbai".I have had booked 1BHK flat at Lohegaon, Pune in the same above society dtd. 15/09/2011 with initial booking amount Rs. 100000 and which is already paid by cheque in favour of “Samyak Niwas Hakka Sangh" on demand and on promised to give ownership of flat within four years but said project is not completed yet.
Sir, kindly look into the matters since "Madhukar Suryawanshi is spoiling the name of Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar and bhim . we are eager to know how to deal with him and get back of our Rs.100000/- (one lacs). Most o[censored]s are from middle class family and not able to file case against him since lots of money will be spend for lawyers and legal documents .
Sir, please let us know how to deal without appoint lawyers on my email id [protected]@gmail.com
