San Antonio Apartments Association — Managing Committee is bulllying Senior Citizen for not paying illegimate money for paving of builder's land

The Managing Committee is committing a long list of transgressions because this is not a registered housing society. Unfortunately, since this is not a registered co-operative housing society, the managing committee believes that they can bully the members and no Registrar or government body can admonish them. On 9 February 2015 Committee member suspiciously arranged for paving stones to be stored in the thoroughfare of senior citizen who has medical problems. There was ample space to store the paving stones elsewhere, as per pictures available, but, the Managing Committee has been harassing the Senior Citizen and deliberately chose to store the stones thus violating Fire codes and Health and Safety guidelines. The senior citizen informed the Chairman, but, nothing was done. So, he called the fire department and police also came. When the Managing committee were asked why the stones were stored illegally, they denied at first (and later it was confirmed that they asked the stones to be stored in the thoroughfare).
