Please refer my letter dated 30/10/2014 (Copy enclosed) for refund of Rs. 4999/- for non supply of material and deeply regret to inform your silence on the matter. The said Letter was sent through speed post document no EU[protected]IN which was received by to your office Delhi office on 3/11/2014 (Acknowledgment copy enclosed) but even you did not take any pain to communicate in the matter. It clearly indicates your intension and how you are cheating the peoples. Accidently I again received a call on 16/12/2014 from Phone no [protected] –[protected] for offering another product under scheme without knowing that you have already trapped me earlier but I got the opportunity to enquire on my earlier payment refund of Rs. 4999/ made on 12/8/14. Mr Ashish from sands shopping told me that for getting refund I have to make a transaction of Rs. 1/ so that it will go their server and payment will be made immediately . After making transaction of Rs. 1/ phone was cut and immediately another phone come and told me that a phone call from received from Bank and my refund reference no is 305473. I was surprised when call received from HDFC credit card division that simultaneously transaction of Rs. 6000/( 1000+1000+1000+2000+1000) was through my credit card and sands shopping hub made the transaction. I was shocked for such type of cheating in which you people were looting the general public through cyber crime. I advised you to refund the refund the amount of Rs. 11000/- (5000+ 6000) immediately to avoid any legal action in the matter. Thanking you ( M.k sharma Phone No [protected] C / c to : Regd. I give below the chronological details of incident as under:- • There was regular call from Telephone no[protected] and[protected] on my mobile for special offer by Sandsshopping on inaugural. I refused so many times but again and again there was regular call and requesting for purchase of items worth of Rs. 4999/- and there should be guaranteed gifts of Black berry mobile, Ornaments Jewelry or Dell Laptop . • After regular call I trapped in their offer and paid Rs. 4999/- through HDFC credit card on 12/8/2014 . Concerned dealing clerk informed that I have won jewelry of worth Rs. 15000/- and my purchase product along with gift items will dispatch with 3 days time. • 7 days passed after payment but there was no call or mail confirmation received from your company for my order then I had made a call on phone No[protected] and after lot of enquiry about 15 minutes dealing man informed that order items along with gifts will be dispatched within next 3 days. I asked then send a mail confirmation and SMS on mobile for confirmation of this deal but not confirmation is received. • I started reminding on every alternate day on phone but all goes in vain. • I started to sending mail on daily basis to [protected]@sandsshoppinghub.com and [protected]@sandsshoppinghub.com and after a 25 days I received a mail dated 6/9/2014 from Mr sandeep sahota informing that your company representative will contact me but thereafter, NO body has contacted me . • Whenever I am making a call a different person is taking and again he/she starting story since beginning. I remember some name e.g. Mr Kapil, Mr Praksh & Ms Pinky but everybody is repeating the same answer that they will check and make a call to me but no revert back received by me. • I am making call on regular basis on phone no[protected] and[protected] but now nobody is picking up my phone. • I am sending regular mail for not even single reply is received by me. • I have spend so much money on telephone call and my valuable time for this but nobody taking care on this in your company and it clearly indicate that you are only cheating the innocent people . • A registered letter was sent on 30/10/2014 to your delhi office vide speed post document no EU[protected]IN which was received by your office on 3/11/2014 but till date no communication is made in this regard. You are therefore, advise that immediately return my money along with interest and confirm the same within 3 days time otherwise in circumstance as explained above I have only alternate left to file Policy complaints for cheating and mental harassment case and lodge my complaints at Consumers forum and all dealing Government Agencies so that no other person can be cheated by your company in future like me.
