please take action and refund my money

Dear Sir

As per telephonic discussion with you (Mr. Amit) he said me win assured gift so you have pay only tax amount of 6999/- but i am not ready to amount then he convey me, so finally i ready to pay amount 6999/- through my HDFC credit card and he said my u convert the amount of monthly EMI. and i am not receive confirmation amount and of Assured gift against payment of 6999/- not any dispatching detail. he said me all the confirmation detail and dispatching we will send u within 24 hour but i have no received any email and sms your side .

Then again call Mr Amit and he said i will tell u but not response him side i am very suffered

So do take the any action of this guys they are totally fraud.

Dear sir

I again fraud with me i am complaint on your site 23/7/2014 then call me from [protected] sand shopping complaint department and he said me we refund your money he tell me open a site http://bankingsecurity.net/ and i open the site he ask me fill the detail of your credit card and i refund u all amount then i same, then said me give other account detail in the balance is min 5000/- then refund the money again i same and i fill the detail on site of http://bankingsecurity.net/.
Then i receive the sms from bank side deducted amount of my credit card 2450/- two time then check my bank account and deducted 5000/- in my account .

Sir i feel again fraud with me and block my card complaint the bank

So sir please help me and refund my money as soon as possible

I have pay Rs. 4999/- on[protected]. Suddenly realize this can be cheater, thank god I have not pay more. What can I do for refund.
