[Resolved]  Sands Shopping Hub — fraud company

Hi, i am harinder singh from kharar mohali punjab.On 06/10/14 i received a phone call from [protected] at near about 11.30 am & ashish shiwastuv named person called me & say i am from sandsshopinghub.com he said we are offering you a led tv on discounted rates they asked me a some sony & lg led's model no to buy & ask to see on internet .Then he asked if you want to buy a our choice led & company we are also provide.l asked him to want to buy toshiba 32p2305 model.he said its available for you only today offer is rs 11998 only for u.But this led market value is 23000.Then he said open sanddshopinghub.com open & click to pay at last down of h site page via paytm i opened that he ask for fill all information & pay money i done all formality & paid money Rs 11998.Then that person say your transaction is sucessfull & our company confirmation department will contact you shortly & disconnect the call.After fifteen minutes one more person call from that site & ask to conform the address i conformed that & he ask your product will deliver you between 24 to 75 hours & disconnect the call but i have not received any conformation msg, mail, my product tracking no nothing & then i call to sandsshoping coustomer support no. they ask mr ashish in meting i will conway your msg & they call you but i have receieve no call no msg & mail & any information.I done this process last two days at 5 time but no response.i think this is totaly planed fraud game . kindly help i attach some detail . .thanxs .harinder singh mob [protected]. mail id . My complaint is nothing different. They called me and took money from me to deliver a host of items. The delivery or a confirmation never came from them. Is there any police action that can be taken against them?
