[Resolved]  Sandwoods — Refund of less Money

I applied for a 2 BHK Flat in their mohali project. But project was changed without information so i requested them for refund of my money with interest. But to my surprise they deducted service tax from the initial booking amount( till now project is not launched). Also no receipt was issued to me, I could not understand how they can charge service tax without providing any service or a taxable invoice? Also interest given is for 60 days instead of 100 days.
