[Resolved] Sangeetha Mobiles — Gave false information and sold tata photon device along with smartphone htc purchase | |||
I've bought smartphone htc from sangeetha mobiles (Mantri square branch). As complimentary, sangeetha has given me a tata photon plus device and forced me to take it, and also forced me to activate for rs.1000/-. They've given written statement saying the tariff details. (Recharge for rs.1000/- and get 10gb data free and its valid for 3 months). And, finally they've activated the photon number 8 days in delay, and gave validity for data usage for only 1 month, instead of 3 months (Which has been given written statement). Now, when i've asked them, they are saying helpless and they are not aware of the docomo agent who sold the product to me. Also, no one is taking care of my issue and i've went to sangeetha stores for atleast 5 times. There way of handling customers also not fair. Was this information helpful? | |||
