Sangeetha Mobiles — Not reciveved rs 600 paytm cash

I bought samsung galaxy e5 from sangeetha mobile hsr bangalore store on 29/06/2015. They were running with sangeetha anniversary offer, for which they said every month rs. 200 paytm cash will be given for 3 month (So total 600 rs paytm cash should be given). I visited store 5-6 times, every time they say it will resolved 2-3 days. Initially they said its a problem from paytm side and write a mail to them and keeping sangeetha support team in cc. Paytm says its problem from either samsung or sangeetha, and your mobile imei no. Is not matching in the dummy list shared by snageetha. Then i spoke to sangeetha customer care, they also repeated same thing. Till now i did not got any response from them. There #sangeetha services are worst. Never ever buy anything from sangeetha store, they are biggest fraudster.

We have noted your concern, Due to technical issue at paytm end there has been a delay in receiving the offered wallet. The paytm team has requested to un-install and re-install the app once again. After installation you will receive a promo code within 48 hours. Through which you can redeem your wallet.

Hello Sangeetha Team, How much time one should take to resolve the problem. I am still waiting for the solution. I sent at least 10 mail to #sangeetha support team but no reply.I spoke to #sangeetha customer care executive (Saran) on 2/08/2015. I asked him to raise a complaint on this. Initially he was reluctant to raise complaint and saying problem will be resolved by tomorrow. Finally he gave a complaint no. 180, but after that no update on that. #Paytm says the problem from #sangeetha side and you guys saying problem from paytm side. I don't understand whose problem? Why customer has to suffer because of you guys.

Can Somebody reply on this? I posted same thing on sangeetha facebook page as well, but no reply. Never able to connect to number[protected] or 49397111 shared by them, alwasy it say no. is busy.

We sincerely regret the delay in receiving promo codes from Paytm. As and when we receive the promo codes from paytm it will be shared.

As per our records we have shared one promo code yesterday, please confirm if you were able to receive Rs.200 wallet.
