Dear sir, This is to inform you that i had purchased nokia x phone from sangeeta store in rammurthy nagar bangalore, I categorically asked before purchasing the phone, if whats up application is compatible for this phone, the executive at the store said yes it is, as a result i purchased that phone and today i cant use whats up, i was deceived by the store executive, in order to sell their product they can go to any extent, please help me.. Since you have a brand warranty its advisable to visit the nearest authorised service centre so they can check the reason for the handset getting hanged and if its defective they can issue a DOA certificate (DOA will be issued only within 7 days of purchase) its much faster and effective when you a customer visit the asc.
