Hi The sangeetha shop at arekere gate sold me a defected gionee p3 mobile in april and i went out of station after purchasing the Mobile. When i opened the mobile for use, i found that some parts of the touch screen is not working. I came back to bangalore and went to the shop. They asked me to call the customer service "onsite". I called up and they came and picked my mobile with original bill on 15th may 2014. After that i followed up with them over the phone every week but there is no solution. They are not returning my mobile and i have spent a pretty good amount calling them. I feel that i am harassed now and neither my money nor the mobile is returned to me.
