[Resolved] Sansui Electronics — Worst quality of sansui LED TV | |||
I purchased a 32 inch LED tv, from one shop from, marthandam, kanyakumari dist, tamilnadu, India. Exactly it complete 10 months, it was not working, not switching On, I raised a complaint to their customer care, They have changed a board, also after which sound was not coming. Then after 2 months they got back that defective TV, and provided a new Tv, During this period 12 months completed from the date of purchase. Exactly after10 days now the new Tv not working, Now i have raised a complaint now they are telling warranty is over. Sansui is selling very worst quality China made Tv into India. I have also written to sansui japan. Also I am going to raise this issue to consumer court.
