[Resolved] Sansui India — 52 inches led | |||||
I purchased a sansui 52 inches led in april 2016, its been only 2 months the display of the product malfunctioned. i complained about it (complaint no.:-gur[protected]). the technician who visited assured a solution in maximum 7 days, its been a month am following up. but now when i call service agency they say the part is not available and i should wait more. now i have some questions that i would like you to answer: 1. what quality products is your company manufacturing.? 2. is this the kind of service you boast about? (5 years extended warranty, you are straight away cheating consumers) 3. what would you like to do now? (i prefer you should opt to replace it right away as the main unit "the display" malfunctioned and the loss that i have incurred as my work got hindered.) Was this information helpful? | |||||
