[Resolved] Sansui India — Split ac service mistake | |||
I am r. K. Mathur from gorakhpur (Up). I have ordered a sansui spilt ac from flipkart and installed the ac by the service engineers of the company. After using the ac 3-4 months i have called the service center for the free service of the ac (Complaint id: gor[protected]) and it was serviced by karim, but after the service visit, on the next i noticed that the gas pipe of the ac is damaged by the engineer and it was completely bend and because of this my ac is not working properly and their is really low cooling. After that, i have made many complaints to the customer care but they were not resolving my issue, instead they register my complaint and told me that the service will be done and after 5 days they automatically cancel the complaint and when i talk to them they start blaming me and talk in a harsh manner. The complaint id's that i have made : gor[protected], gor[protected] Its being around 4 weeks i am doing this thing and really very fed up with this kind of service. I purchase led TV in 05/09/2015.
Last day it is not on and not show red light. Customer care give no. And response code but service engineer not come. Plz do something as shown as possible.
