Hi, I am santhosh, I have visited samsung service centeron June 2nd 2016 in Nellore due my battery issue, so ordered new battery and paid advance 1000/-. At the time of paid they said they will give battery before one week . But not more than on week, they simply saying tomorrow always when I am calling . Ref no: 3555 I am attaching receipt as below . Sir my policy No APS-1176045L was matured in Jan 17, i was handed over all necessary documents to office but the amount was not credit in my acciunt
