I ordered for a book on Economic Survey on 28th April ... the online website said that the item would be dispatched in 1 - 3 days and still says the same ...order id :[protected]

its been 6 days now and the item is yet to get dispatched... i've been calling the customer care everyday and they keep saying the item will be dispatched the next day

this is such a waste of time and such a fraud as they have not dispatched within the stipulated time of 1 - 3 days ... kindly resolve the issue as a refund after 5 years wont be of much help

i called them again today ... and i get the same response which i have been getting from Monday - "we will send the book tomorrow" after saying that the book will be dispatched within 3 days at the time of making payment...

kindly take appropriate actions against there frauds and lairs

They have changed the book .i needed other one but they sent another.I saw clearly the pubilishing date it was 2014 but the book they sent is 2017
our school has started old lesson Bcoz they said that there old portion for board so be ready
Please help !!!
