I ordered a book from sapnaonline.com and made payment for the samw through net banking, but it has been 15days and i have not receieved my order or refund.
My order id is-SAP[protected]
When i call at their customer care executive no one is picking up phone.
I feel like being coned, when they are unable to run their business why dont they bring thier website down.

Sapnaonline.com — Never delivered the product
I bought a book from the site and paid the money but it's been more than 10 days and I haven't heard from them since then. When I call the customer care, it automatically goes on wait and then no one responds no matter how long I wait.
