[Resolved] Saral Diagnostic — Unprofessional Behaviour | |||
I visited Saral to get a KUB ultrasound done. I was told to wait for 1 hour and drink lots of water after 30 mins. I did so and went to reception to enquire. They told me to wait another 30 mins. After waiting for 1.5 hours I again went to them and told themt hat pressure is becoming unbearable.. I was told to pass urine and drink water again as it will take another 30 mins. After total of two hours, nn when I went them to again I was told that it will still take time so i can once again pass urine and drink water. It was enough for me and I cancelled my ultrasound and took refund of money paid to them and came back. I will get it done at some other better place who values customer's time and doesn't misguide by telling them to wait again and again. I mean how big is a ultrasound test that one has to go through so much inconvinience. The receptionists Divya and Sunita were highly inefficient as they could not guide customers about how much time it will take. There were other patients also who had come from far off areas and they also suffered due to staff's inefficiency. One patient was there on stretcher (brought from hospital). He was also kept in the corridor and not even a bedsheet was provided. They made her wait for 45 minutes before someone attended to them. I think that saral has made a name for themselves and that success has gone to their head. THEREFORE I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU DO NOT VISIT SARAL DIAGNOSTICS OF PITAM PURA AND AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS. There are many other centres from which you can get your tests done and that too at low cost. Was this information helpful? | |||
