I am living in pondicherry .my product was Onida split AC. I am the customer of your company for more than 4 years as amc customer. I registered a complaint in my AC with display problem before 6 months. But still my fault not attended by the company. I done my amc with 1800 rs as spare replaceable. The agent in pondicherry named Mr.sivakumar was the responsible for my fault not attending my call and fault. Please take step to attend my fault.
