Dear SARF Trading, My name is Gurupavan kota and I buyed a product from your side by E-bay.so here the problem is yesterday on-wards I am facing the issue with Motorolla Moto g 16gb Black software issue, the screen is locked /hanged i am not able to open the screen, not able to reciveing calls i am not able to do any operation.so kindly do need full and what is the procedure to recitfying and claiming my seller warranty.
