Sathya Agencies — Second hand Sony 5.1 Home theater is sola as new one: worst service

Recently it has been a Cheating in selling Electronic goods, and i am one of them Affected by it. Recently i have bough a Sony 5.1 home theater for Rs. 50, 000 on Sathya Agency Pvt Ltd. Tuticorin The day i got the goods as i opened it, i came to know its a second hand, immediately i called them and informed them. and they said a service person from Sony will visit our place. they came after 2 weeks. and the Problems Found 1. more scratches on the product. then confirmed this is not a fresh Piece. he has taken photo of it for Proof 2. there was a loose connection on HDMI port and the HDMI cable was not working. 3. when ever we play the home theater TV display goes off automatically. Then we had to re-plug it again and again in Home theater. we had informed all the problems to then then and there. Service person came after 2 weeks, is it our fault ? we called them on the same day the product arrived. No proper response has been given by SATHYA AGENCY PVT LTD. They said product cannot be replaced, and still no proper service has been provided. If its a new goods then why it need to be serviced ?
