Hi.. I recently had fractured my hand n was taken to sathya hospital, kammanahalli..Doctor chcked xray ang advised POP n charged me around 3k for jus wrapping my hand with bandage(Procedure charges of 2.5k). He asked me to visit d hospital again after a week, but I dint go there. Cz of there unreasonable procedural charges which freaked me. I asked them to give me an explanation for the charges thy had none, doctor had left by then. I spoke to another doctor asking why the procedure charges is high and he asked me to chck with reception who were rude to me. And i went back asking the doctor is there any plans to expand yo hospital. He said yea v planning to build a new one with your money. There was no complaints team o box in the hospital. I said im goin to consumer court, thy were least bothered.. with me there was another guy who had same issue as they charged him 5k as procedure charges... 21 days later I removed my bandage and went to Hosmat, specialists in ortho. They charged me register fee, consultation and then for the xray. After all, my name was called, I went to meet the doctor and got to know tat the bone was incorrectly fixed, one above d othr and healed in incorrect position... and doctor said you tat my finger will be like tat n no actions can b made. If not I may hav to undergo surgery and stuffs... I'm totally dissatisfied and disappointed with the service sathya hospital provided me.. Was this information helpful? |
