AS I LIKE TO INFORM YOU THAT I PARITOSH JAISWAL AS YOUR CUSTOMER OF YOUR ORGANIZATION FACING DIFICULT PROBLEMS WHILE IN YOUR SERVICE FISTLY, STILL I DIDN'T RECEIVED ANY CHEQUE BOOK FROM YOUR BANK SERVICE AND SECONDLY, I HAD APPLIED FOR NET BANKING THROUGH PATNA HIGH COURT BRANCH FROM LAST 3WEEKS BUT I DIDNT RECEIVED ANY ID AND PASSWORD FOR THE SAME AS YOUR BRANCH OFFICIALS TOLD ME THAT YOU ARE GOING TO RECEIVED NET BANKING ID THROUGH MESSAGE AND PASSWORD THROUGH COURIER WITHIN A WEEK BUT SEVARAL DAYS HAD BEEN PASSED, SAME AS I AM HOLDING{ SAVING BANK_A/C NO_[protected]} YOUR COMPANY SERVICE IS A WORST SERVICE I TOTALLY GOT FEDUP, AS I WOULD LIKE TO ADD ON THAT MY AFORESAID A/C IS APPROX 4YEARS OLD A/C WHERE I STILL DIDN'T RECEIVED ANY CHEQUE BOOK TILL DATE, AS ONE THING MORE WHEN I HAD OPEN THIS A/C AS YOUR SERVICE CUSTOMER YOUR EXECUTIVE HAD NOT UPDATE MY SIGNATURE SPECIMEN AS MY SIGATURE PROOF IN YOUR SYSTEM. HAS I HAD VISIT SEVERAL TIMES TO YOUR BRANCH WHICH IS SITUATED IN PATNA HIGH COURT CAMPUS, THEY HAD DESTROYED MY SEVERAL TIMES WHILE CALLING ME AND TO GET COMPLETE SEVERAL DOCUMENTS IN SEVERAL TIMES. SO, HEREBY I REQUEST YOU TO KINDLY ASK YOU TO ISSUE MY CHEQUE OF AFORESAID A/C NO & NET BANKING FACILITIES AS SOON AS POSSIBLE UNTIL & UNLESS IAM GOING TO MOVE CONSUMER COURT AGAINST YOUR ORGANIZATION.
