[Resolved] Sbi Card — Cashback not credited | |||
This is bring to the SBI card officials notice that cash back for the transaction done on Snapdeal on 24th May has not been credited to my account. The customer service of SBI card is pathetic, you get resolution for long time. If you email the customer service department you will only get an Auto Reply saying it has been registered and you'll be contacted in 5 working days. But believe me they don't contact even after 5 moths. I've the worst experience of dealing with them. Talking about my complaint about cash back I've contacted at least 5 times by call and 3 times by email. However it has not yet resolved. This is very disappointing for people when a financial body owned by government do this. No doubt why customers loose faith and opt for private sectors banking. Below are some ref nos.
