[Resolved] SBI Card — Continuous call from SBI card and its associates for bill payment | |||
This is to bring to your notice that SBI card and its associates are calling me everyday for making bill payment even though there is a due date for its payment. There is a delay of making payment and for this they have also included late payment and financial charges, for which I am okay with that. However, even after writing to them via an e-mail, they say that they cannot stop the calls! I have other bank cards as well and they do not call me everyday even there is delay in payment. An apology mail has been received from bank. Hope this never happens again SBI cards. Harassing customers is not good. Kindly refrain from this. State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||

Everyday the call is still going on. This is disgusting. The telecaller is talking rough. SBI card, this is too bad. You are liable to answer this.
