I am Azhar Raza Syed.
I have a SBI Gold credit card, which was issued in Jan 2013. But after
one year my card has been deactivated by SBI Card office. When i contacted
the customer care, their executive said please pay all the outstanding. After
clearance of full due amount your card will be activated.
But after paying full due amount it was not activated. After
contacting they say your card has been permanently blocked due to
bounce of due amount several times. They say you have to apply for a
new card after six months.
But every time i have paid the minimum due amount before due date.
Is there any provision to do the same, as I always paid the minimum due amount. Kindly help.
