SBI Cards — Not giving proper grounds for rejection for credit card limit increase

From last 10 days I am Regularly sending request for credit card limit increase.Executives from sbi cards always send me email that they will contact with me within 2 days every time but still no call from their side.Today I receivedone message that my request for limit increase was not Accepted.They dont give me any reason or grounds for rejection niether by email nor vervally.
