Hi, Very good after noon, here is my complaint for incentives sbi credit card sells person doing duplicate signature of the customer. I have applied a credit card over my credit card of hdfc. The guy dinesh requested at spice mall i applied that. I have applied simply save card of annual fee of rs 499/-. All was good verification done over phone and physical verification has some issue at that time no one is their so my card decline that application number was:[protected]. After some days i am getting call from sbi credit card sale person mob no:- [protected] (Whatsapp number) from customer care they told me just give the document your card will be approved there is issue in document over same application. I gave my adhar card and hdfc credit card copy he created another application number:[protected]. Then i did not receive any verification call and nor physical verification. After some days i received a message that your card is approved and the annual charges is rs 2999/-. Then same day i call sbi customer care and request to stop card i don't want card the lady told me you will not able apply within six month. I told her i don't want card no more because of such type of miscommunication she told me request raised to stop card. After five days i am receiving card and the fee is rs 2999/-. I called sbi customer care same day they raised a complaint to downgrade the card requestno:-1-[protected]. After two days i called sbi cc and asked the status of my complaint and also taked to floor supervisor they are saying you have signatured on second application for. I only signed the application dinesh provided in spice mall first one i have provided above but your customer care are so rude to customer. I will write all these in twitter and facebook also your customer executives doing duplicate signature of customer from previous application. Plese do the need full asap.
