SBI Credit Card — Noc and cibil report

I had cleared the complete outstanding amount on my SBI credit card no [protected] And PAN no. AMOPB1238R and raised the request for issue of NOC and update the CIBIL report. And they are not giving me any tipe of reference no. When I called SBI customer care for issue NOC, every time they are saying that, NOC will be reached to my mailing address in 1 week. As of now I did not receive such letter or communication from their END. I am facing much more problem due to the unactioned cibil report by the concern department. When I had paid complete outstanding on that credit card Why they are not able to clear cibil report and providing NOC to me. Please do the needful..
