SBI Credit Card — Sbi credit card takes "kanthu vatti" interest (Usury) | |||||
I have received sep 2015 statement for Rs. 52214 on 15th sep. But i paid amount 30000 (minimum due is Rs.2610). After that i received statement for OCT 2015 with amount of Rs.82421.66, there i have charged Rs. 5797.42 (Interest) with tax Rs. 811.64. For the remaining amount (22214) in the Sep. statement i dont know why i charged Rs. 5797.42. When i ask customer care they are saying that the interest will be calculated for the whole amount (52214) which includes i paid . That also i agreed, if i pay for 52214 for 2 months also i will get only Rs. 3499. But they have charged all the amount which i purchased after Sep statement generation. I m totally diappointed with SBI. So people dont get SBI credit card. I am using HDFC credit from 2009, where i dont have like this issue till now. Was this information helpful? | |||||
